Oh Chick-​fil-​A how much do I love thee? Let me count thy way! For a fast food restaurant, there is not much that should be considered «fast food» except for the fact that you get what you ordered, well, fast! The chicken is awesome! It is flavored with the perfect amount of spices and the original chicken and the grilled chicken are both equally delicious, yet even though I should only order the grilled, I tend to order the original because it is just that good… especially doused in Polynesian sauce. Their waffle fries are always served piping hot and never too salty, which is perfect for me. I also love the fact that they have people serving the food to your table when it is incredibly busy and they don’t want you to wait standing around. They will bring you the drink you ordered with the food and people walk around even offering you refills of your beverage. Their sweet tea and lemonade are to die for, but I tend to order root beer because it goes so well with the chicken nuggets and fries and the soda is always perfectly flavored with the right amount of syrup and carbonation. I hate when you get a soda and it is too flat or too syrupy. The only drawback is that it isn’t open on Sundays; however, I truly respect why they are not open on Sundays and think that more businesses should take a day off in respect of religious beliefs… after all, the staff are then also able to spend a day with their families and loved ones and not many companies still stand for family and religious values, whether you agree with them or not… I respect it.

Three stars for being expensive fast food with a minimalist touch.
I like chick-​fil-​a. I don’t like how my chicken sandwich comes with nothing but a pickle (and I don’t like pickles). The food is otherwise tasty, but for the price I’d like more included toppings. Lettuce, tomato, and cheese should always be standard.
Every now and then I get an email with a free breakfast sandwich deal, which was nice.
This location is pretty average. They did add a weird double drive-​through recently… There are 2 ordering stations but still only one pickup window so speed is the same. I avoid the drive-​through in general, especially at this chain.
Crazy busy at lunch time here.

I thought it was open because it was on the road but it is closed so I give it a ¹⁄₅ that is very very bad this bothers because I looked open so do not go there. I like chick fill a but this was vert very bad on them and the city

Can’t go wrong with Chick Fil A … Fries are good, original chicken sandwich is very tasty especially when paired with a freshly brewed sweet tea, I get mine without the ice as I like to taste the tea and not a diluted version of it.
Service is very quick whether it’s inside the establishment or the drive thru, the only downside to this location is the plaza itself, parking is very limited and hard to get through with both the 7 eleven and drive thru traffic.

Best frosties ever! I have ALWAYS liked chic-​fil-​a. Not only are they Christian owner but I love their food.
Love the fact that their chicken nuggets are actual chicken pieces not pressed meat! And love their waffle fries!
You can also opt to get fruit instead of fries if you want a healthier option.

Worst service provided at this location. Forget the fact that I had to wait 11 minutes in drive thru to place my order, and no apologies for the extremely longer than usual wait, I had the unfortunate pleasure of witnessing an employee make a milkshake. The employee placed the clear lid over the ice cream and cup, the ice cream was sticking over the lid and the employee used his bare hand to even out the ice cream from sticking out of the lid. He proceeded to make the milkshake without any care. The employee then used what I can only imagine was a used dirty blue rag to wipe down the cup and lid. Then, that right I’m not finished, he topped it off with whip cream and cherry. Now ask yourself, if you saw what I witnessed, would you drink that milkshake. After the 17 minutes it took from getting in line to placing the order to getting the food, and witnessing the carelessness handling of food, I asked to speak to a manager. Who seemed to careless about my concerns. What great leader for the employees and no wonder why the restaurant was being ran in such a piss poor way. I suggest you look into managements as they set the example. I totally blame management in this disturbing visit.

Despite the chief owners political views they have great food. They have a comfortable dinning area capable of seating large groups. Superb customer service that cater to their patrons. They offer free refills and clear your tables of trash for you. The food is so good that it can get quite crowded and long lines at the drive thru.

Chick-​fil-​A is Chick-​fil-​A, but this place deserves special recognition for its best-​in-​class service. The employees are totally engaged and the manager (I only know the morning guy — tallish with a military haircut) is phenomenal. He steps in whenever there is a delay at the register or in expediting food. This restaurant is consistently busy and consistently efficient. Winner, winner «Chikin» dinner!

Really great service — there was someone coming around and checking at the table that everything was okay and also offering to get free refills. The food as always was very good. I got a grilled club chicken sandwich and ice tea, and enjoyed it very much — glad came here for lunch.

Wonderful customer service!!! Just wish it was a little cleaner. I almost always have to find someone to wipe down the table. Great play place for the kids. I love their chicken sandwiches and I could probably eat three at one sitting… my guilty pleasure. The kids like the books and if we get a duplicate we trade it for an ice cream.

Amazing service as all of them are, they now have a iced coffee, very good. I will definitely get it again. Quality coffee, you can just taste the quality.

please pay your employees more so they care about their jobs. When I ask for 2 polynesian and 2 barbecue sauce. it doesnt mean 2 of 1 and 1 of the other. should be 4 total, not 3. How can you have people work here who cant do basic math? 2+2=? When I ask for a unsweet tea, how do you hear dr pepper? I didnt ask for a carbonated beverage loaded with sugar. But thats what I got.
Fries are good, sauces are good, they even have chicken wraps that I assume are a little more healthy. Never actually looked it up. Service is also typically good too. not really 4 stars, more like 3 and a half. Lunch time. Definitely be prepared to wait.

We had lunch here today. Salads were very fresh. The staff was excellent. Friendly but not overbearing. This is the fast food place to go in Maitland Center if you want to dine in.

Never disappointed. Breakfast Drive Thru 9 minutes is my longest time, and lunch that can vary but at 1pm easily 15 – 20 minutes but again its bloody packed.
Never have they messed up any of my orders EVER. Love this location!

Oreo Cookie Shake is just awesome! Chunky sometimes so bring or obtain a spoon.
They are also the first to do the new katchup packet style!

Their drive through line looks so long at lunch but it is VERY well managed so you get through quickly. Staff is always focused on customer.

Best fast food joint around here. A bit pricey but tasty.

Wonderfully managed but busy fast-​food restaurant.
At lunch, they are flooded with people from nearby offices. Nevertheless, they are extremely fast, efficient, and courteous. They even send out traffic attendants and have employees go up to your table to see if they can get you refills or take your trash.
Very impressed.

I have been coming here for years as my office is across the street. They have implemented a drive thru system where they take order personally outside as opposed to ordering at the speaker. This allows them to serve you amazingly quick, even with 10 other cars in line. I never worry about getting back to work on time during the lunch hour. The food is always hot and fresh.
They also have a text system which periodically blasts out messages to come out for lunch and get free sandwiches or nuggets. You can bet I’ll be there on those days every time.
