I spent well over $ 10,000 on parts & labor. I had to take my 2002525i to BMW to be fixed properly @ BMW. Thank GOD they have a warranty that had to pay BMW’S price for parts & labor. NOT A GOODMECHANICSHOP, DON’T WAISTYOURTIME& $, at lease not here! Save the drama! As for me 226,000k+ Still going strong 4dahaters!

I’ve been using Europa Auto for a couple of years now, so it’s about time I wrote a review. I have a 10 year old Range Rover that’s going through aging pains. The local dealership tried to sell me on a very expensive solution so I got a second opinion from Europa. The dealership had misdiagnosed the problem. Arnt Johansen’s team fixed it in a couple of hours and I’ve been using Europa ever since. These people actually give a darn about their customers. They’ve never charge me more that their estimate, which they give me in advance, and they make a follow-up call 30 days later to ask if there are any problems. They’re honest and they look out for their customers. They even help you get financing from Bosch if you can’t afford to fix your car. Arnt and Tori(she runs the office) have a client for life.

They claim to beat the dealer. So what?! Everybody does! I found their business model to be exactly the same — give you a long list of repairs by the«book» and not on what you need or what you tell them you can afford. I’ve been here several times. Can’t say I ever left without that I just-got-screwed feeling. Twice I left there only to come right back with either a new problem or a problem that wasn’t fixed. Their labor rate is lower than fields but that is all. They pad the invoice with all kinds of charges like cleaners and solvents tacked on to each job they performed, not by the fact that only one car was there and they only need to clean up after it one time. I could of bought a barrel of solvent from AutoZone for what they charged me. And several hundred dollars for a routine maintenace? Top of fluids and replace air filters? Please, total rip off. Find another mechanic or just keep your guard up. These guys aren’t here to win your business. They also watch the reviews and comment or add reviews. Be careful! Too bad they don’t just do good honest work and let their clients review them. My newest discovery is that 15,000 miles after they replaced my rotors I need new ones — WTF?!

Great service… Great Value! Have previously almost always taken my car to the dealership. The long and short of it is that these guys know their stuff. Probably cost me almost half of what I would have paid at the dealer. Now, granted, I did like the service person that I used at the dealer & he really didn’t try to sell me. These guys went over what they found while checking out my car & we discussed what was needed and what we should hold off on. How often do you get a business to do that. Yet, that is the way that it should be. The staff is quite friendly & courteous & the owner did what he had to do. An employee did not come into work that day & he told me that it would be ½ hr to get me someone to take me home. It was obvious that I was not happy with that. A couple of minutes later he was driving me home. The owner also told me tips about better caring for my car then what the dealer had told me. What can I say… very pleased & they will take care of my Benz again & again!
