I had a very hard time getting in contact with them in the first place – left a message, didn’t get a call back. Called back 3 days later and finally got through. I made an appointment and then they didn’t show up. Disappointing.

Seems like this is his MO. Set an appointment, but wouldn’t confirm a time. All day has passed and he has now stopped taking my calls or returning a text. Do not waste your time or effort on such a poorly run business.

Shame you can’t leave a negative rating. You can see that there will be four reviews and two are from Unilocal Elites.
I purchased Groupons for this business without checking Unilocal,or I would not have bought. First appointment they did not show after confirming the day before they were coming. Second appt, more of the same.
STAY away. The deal seemed too good to be true, and evidently it was. Be warned, no matter how good the deal on any deal site, they don’t show up nor perform any service other than frustrate the customer.

Purchased a groupon and called the next day only to have the guy tell me that they don’t honor them. Looking at other reviews how are they even still in business!

I would have loved to try this business, but I can’t. I purchased a Groupon for it. I scheduled an appointment, but then the business contacted me to reschedule. As soon as that exchange happened, he stopped responding to me. I tried four times over 9 days to get the detailing rescheduled, but no one ever responded to my attempts to reschedule. Very unhappy with the experience.

Never showed up after making an appointment a week in advance. Never returned my calls or anything. The one guy I did get to answer the phone was rude and wasn’t even willing to try and help me. AVOID this business at all costs!!!
