Colin saved me from having to buy a new computer and crying over my lost data! I called him in the morning and took my iMac over right away. He called in a few hours and not only fixed it, but recovered 100% of my data!!! He was very nice, professional and quick! The cost was fair for the work that he did and I would highly recommend him to all of my friends and family!!! Thank you Colin!!!

He saw me Sunday morning. Fixed my macbookpro right away. Showed me how to do a couple of things I didn’t know how to do. Seemed very knowledgeable and competent. I thought his fee was high for something that didn’t take a lot of time, but he saw me Sunday morning. There was no wait. And if it would have taken hours, i think he would have still fixed it same day.

Excellent service! I dropped my computer while it was running several programs and scrambled my hard drive at 6 p.m. Friday night. Called Colin and he took my computer the next morning and worked on it all day Saturday. Replaced my hard drive, installed all software I had previously on my old hard drive and loaded all back up files. Even gave me a tutorial on ways that I can be more efficient with mac software!
There is still hope for my old hard drive — but will need to send it to a mainland lab to physically extract the files. Colin even gave me a discount code and a gift certificate toward the cost if I choose to go down this road.
Glad I’ve found Colin and will definitely call him again in the future!
