Collex is a FANTASTIC autobody shop. I have always taken my cars here whenever they needed work done. I live in Billerica and still take my car all the way to Malden because I can trust them. Nathan is always extremely helpful and gets me in and out with no issues. Would highly recommend Collex!

It was preferred shop of my insurance company. I choose them because of good reviews and I don’t regret. They did a great job — it was quick and great quality. Also, the are partnered with Enterprise, so you can easily get a rental car.

Collex was one of the places my insurance company suggested as a place nearby my office to get my bumper replaced after someone rear-​ended me on the way to work. From beginning to end the experience was flawless.
Britney and Nathan were professional and took all of my concerns seriously as we figured out the best course of action for getting the repairs done.
I dropped my car off Monday AM and had it back by Wednesday lunch time. Since it was a recommended shop I did not need to waste anytime getting an appraisal done before hand Collex took care of everything. And took care of it WELL my car looks great.
I would come back here even if I was shelling out the $$

On 8/​21, I was referred to Collex b/​c they are a preferred «shop» from my insurance company. I called Collex and was able to drop the car off the same day. Collex also called the local Enterprise Rental and arranged for me to pick up the rental at the same time. I would like to praise Collex for their outstanding customer service and making the process clear. They called with updates and followed up when they said they would. All my interactions with the Collex Team was very positive and the work was fast. The waiting room was also very clean which is very rare for an auto body shop! In case you need public transportation, Collex is 2 blocks from the Malden Center T (orange line).
Great experience if you need autobody work.

This place was great! My car needed the whole driver’s-side mirror replaced. Their price was $ 50 less than the dealer where I bought the car, and they were able to get the work done in less time than what the dealer told me. All of their employees were friendly and helpful. Also they are open until 7 at night. I brought my car in Monday night and had it completely repaired in 24 hours, even though they had to order a part from the dealer. They really went out of the way to accomodate me.
The only drawback is that they won’t take checks or credit cards, but there is a bank a block away, so I just walked over and got the cash.
