DP Cleaning

We just bought a new home and hired DP Cleaning to come in and do a deep cleaning of the whole house.
In the intial phone call I had with them, I told them I needed a «deep cleaning» for the new house. I specifically asked to work on the walls– as the people before us had children and there were plenty of crayon marks and finger prints everywhere.
First of all, they showed up 40mins late. While they came in and cleaned the floors and dusted– not only did they not touch the walls, but they just pulled up the blinds instead of cleaning them. When I asked about the walls– they told me they wiped them down (a blatent lie) and that the marks were mold and would just come back.
After they left, I went over the place with a light sponge myself and got rid of everything. If I had known I was going to end up doing it myself, I would have saved myself the money.
FURTHERMORE, after posting a review on the website I found them on, they wrote me and email telling me it’s my fault and that I «get what I pay for, just like that old house you bought». UNBELIEVABLE.
