This is a great Dunkin’ Donuts. The manager although sometimes a little tough is a sweetheart. The coffee and food is always great here. The service is great too. Lots of fun banter and the wait times are always reasonable.

I have gone in here maybe a dozen times and every time I leave I say never again. It reminds me of dirty Ozone Park New York. Horrible customer Service. No Hellos, no thank you’s. Definitely all set. Theres also a sign on the door asking customers to smoke around the side not out front and I have seen the blonde girl that was mentioned in another review standing right in front of the door. The one a little way down on Eastern Ave is much better.

This place is great, they make the most out of the least. When I get up in the morning the last thing I want to do is wait in line for my coffee. Like most coffee shops of old, they know what I drink and I don’t have to ask for it. Its a nice feeling when they get ahead of the curve and have your delicious iced coffee waiting for you once you reach the counter. In a state where there are over a 1,000 dunkin donuts, not everyone can do it right, but thankfully this one in my neighborhood does… nice owner, clean place and the manager Diane is always there to address any concerns…

I feel a little bad that it took a bad experience to prompt me to write this review, because every other experience I’ve had was worthy of 5 stars. I have to knock down one star for this awful girl that was working there today. Every one I’ve come into contact with that works there has always been friendly, polite, and patient even in the busiest of times. They are quick and efficient and work well together. I went in today and there was no one in there other than this lone miserable blonde employee. She didn’t come off as super friendly but being in the service industry myself, I understand that we all have our bad days. I went in and ordered coffee for my boyfriend and myself. I was looking to try something different than what I normally get, which was a wheat bagel(those are kinda healthy right?). Upon looking at the racks that hold all the bakery goodies, I couldn’t find a wheat bagel anywhere. So trying to lighten the mood, and a weak attempt to make her show any emotion at all, I make a joke. «I don’t see any wheat bagels. Am I possibly going blind?» Nothing. Still the same miserable girl that was there when I walked in. In fact, even more miserable because now she had to walk all the way to the back to get me a wheat bagel. Oh the inhumanity! Another much more pleasant woman was on the scene now, and I jumped on my chance to interact with her so as not to disturb the beast that was the curly haired blonde girl. I asked nice woman for a tray and she was more than eager to get me one. She didn’t label the coffees for me, like the other awesome girls that work there usually do, so I had to guess which was which. Whatever, that’s not a big deal, but I was the only person in there. It wasn’t like she was so busy. The icing on the cake that really bothered me was the way she gave me my bagel. She literally dropped it on the counter in front of me. You may be thinking, «oh wow! Big deal! Who cares?!» I care. Again I’m in the service industry, and I felt like she was just going out of her way to be rude. I was really disappointed. Every other person I’ve come into contact with here has been so great, and now I think I’ll go out of my way so I don’t have to deal with this particular girl ever again. The 4 stars are for the countless great experiences I’ve had. My advice to this girl would be to find a job where she doesn’t have to be around people, like at all, EVER.
