It is 6pm Super Bowl game day. I have just returned from a weekend trip and am rushing to get stuff for a super bowl party. Have to go out of the way to find the only grocery store that still had ready made veggie platters and then had to try to find a liquor store on my way from grocery store to super bowl party. I pulled out the trusty I-​Phone and found that Pumpsy’s was on my way and hoped for the best.
I was very surprised to find such a well organized and impressive selection packed into such a small shop. I found the beer I wanted immediately no problem. The guy behind the counter was very nice and personable. Overall such a great experience I wish I lived closer to this store!

This place used to be a pizza parlor, with the liquor store in the back. So there were three pizza places in the same intersection at one point. It must’ve been 15 – 20 years ago! Anyway, at some point, they ditched the pizza and turned into just a liquor store. Whoever bought the place in the last 5 years has made the place the best option for picking up your alcoholic needs. The staff is awesome. I’ve been here many many times because they’re located next to my friend’s place. Good prices, and run by locals!
