When I went in owner Julian was so extremely rude a few of the sales girls even apologized. will not be going back even though I spent over $ 200 she was still so rude.

This place is amazing. The owner Jillian is an incredible person and runs her store that way. They only carry high quality products that are casual but have elegance but without the Malibu premium that you will find at most other stores in Malibu. Highly recommended!

Jillian is amazing! She’s gone over and above in customer service and helped us really feel at home here in Malibu. Her selections of adult and kids clothes is great. It’s our new favorite store ;)

A bit pricey. Compared to where I’m from anyway. But that’s Malibu for ya. Cute as heck clothes. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Price’s are cheaper than what’s on the tag. Very earthy hippy chic. Loveeeee it.

I have been shopping at Pinnacle since I was 12 years old. I am so happy that this store is one of the few stores in Malibu that is still around and intact. The sales people are always very helpful and friendly, and they always have something on sale. I bought a pair of Steve Madden wedges that I adore for $ 40 when they were originally $ 80. They have a great 50% off sale every year or 6 months, and you do not want to miss it. But aside from sales you can count on Pinnacle to have a good inventory year-​round. Many things are expensive but it is cheap when compared to Theodore or Planet Blue. They have a great selection of denim, and cute t-​shirts, sweaters and tanks. They always have a great selection of swimwear and underwear. They also have a lot of jewelry designed by local designers which is pretty awesome. It is not necessarily the place you want to step into if you are on a tight budget, but if you willing to spend some money, you will walk out with some quality items.
