I would not recommend this company. They have failed on so many levels. They have a problem returning calls, there accountant is hard to reach, it is hard to get answers and the list goes on. There are excellent mgmt companies out there, but this is not one of them.

Lets talk facts… Property manager like Donovan Bowes works 40 – 60 hour weeks like everybody else. In his case, he claims to have 15HOA to handle so 4 hours a week maximum can he afford to spend on any one property or else he is not doing his job for somebody else. «Countless» is not possible. Dedicated maybe, depends on if he favors you(a board member) or not. Fake it til you make it: Donovan has no prior experience before his 6 years stint at «Real Support» and no college degree or training in real estate. What he is good at is getting whatever the BOD wants done, legal or not and often assisted by experts and attorneys hired by the BOD which costs HOA tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars. A manger will knowledge and foresight, he’s not. The real problem, apathy and self-interest and greed. Watch the«dollars» and ask why when Mr. Bowes and his BOD report. That’s my advise. Everyone needs to make a living and pay off debts and buy a house and a new truck… nothing wrong with that if its earned honestly and reported openly. Otherwise, self-interest will take care of the money. As gravity exists and money has weight, it always go to the lowest acquisitor. That a fact.

Donovan of Real Support is an exceptional employee. He has devoted countless hours to assist the Board of my Home Owners Association(HOA). Contrary to the negative and false review posted recently, the property management company operates under the direction of the HOA’s Board of Directors. The Board maintains the well-being of the property on behalf of the hundreds of Condominium owners. It is the obligation of the Board to act in accordance with the legal bylaws in cases where an owner ceases to pay their share of the monthly dues. It is an insult for the commenter to use the word«greedy», when he refused to pay for water, waste, garbage, and all amenities related to the common areas of the community, all while collecting thousands of dollars in rent during the same period. Burdening other Condo owners with his debt and costing the community thousands in legal fees directly contributes to HOA dues increases. Greedy better describes the commenter, who gained financially while the community was left with a loss.
