I recently hired Lisa to cater an event that I hosted. After reading her book and doing a bit of research I decided to hire her. Let me tell you Lisa did not disappoint. She prepared an amazing healthy menu for some very picky Malibu women. Everything was soo flavorful. Her chicken dish was one of the best that I ever tried. We ended the event with not a bit of food left over. Everything was delivered fresh and beautifully displayed. I highly recommend Lisa and will definitely hire her again. She can work with all budgets and all diet restrictions too.
