2nd Door Evolutions

I can’t say enough about 2^nd Door Evolutions. They literally saved my business last week after one of my employees got a virus that encrypted all our data! I didn’t even know such a thing existed. I had left our backups in the trust of our old IT company, but when we lost everything, I found out that they hadn’t even been keeping them up to date. NOTHING was backed up! We tried absolutely everything to get our documents back and nothing worked. I called 2^nd Door at 5pm on a Friday and explained what happened (by this time I was admittedly rather frantic). Even though they were closing for the week, they immediately sent someone over. He ended up being in our office for hours and spent almost the entire next day there. Not only did they recover everything, they made sure every single PC was updated and protected, and they recommend a better backup service which was setup immediately.
They really went above and beyond, and I can’t thank their expertise and compassion enough. They didn’t have to spend their weekend recovering our lost files, but they did.
