Today I went to get blood work done and found out once I was there that the office did not send over my order form. This is another example of how this office operates with no sense of urgency. When I was in the office yesterday, they stressed I needed to have these tests done by Oct 1st. Well, here I am now without the proper forms being submitted, again, and now I will need to take off more time from my job to get this taken care of. It’s just frustrating to have to double check everything over and over again.
