This is a cute little place, easy to find… a tad bit of a throwback yes, but adorable. They have one of those modern day jukeboxes where you can choose a classic or a newer song. I think it’s a great date location, since there are multiple good restaurants not 5 minutes away. Not to mention the great prices!

You definitely don’t come to these lanes for the ambiance! If that’s your thing try Whitaker Lanes in East Norriton or the way over priced joints in the city!(Lucky Strike, North Bowl). Frazer is BYO(canned) Beverage. You can bowl a game for $ 3 a person plus the cost of shoes. I can’t think of another place you’ll find entertainment so cheap. There is no food, but you can get pizza delivered no problem and wawa is across the street. If you get bored there is a seedy little bar next door, The Alley Pub, that pours very strong drinks on the cheap! After 10 they dim the lights for glow bowling — definitely something out of the 80s!

I honestly went on a time warp when I walked into this place… back to 1988. And it was incredible. This place isn’t fancy and it doesn’t have be. It’s not a big place and doesn’t have a bar or hi-tech screens or animations. It’s just bowling. OH! and they let you bring your own booze and snacks. So bring your cooler, some friends and like $ 20– games are $ 3/person– and settle into a great night back in 1988.

Originally took my family(myself, a 12, 11 and 4 year old) to Palace in Downingtown. The place looked empty though they claimed to be sold out — all reserved. I at first didn’t accept this as it appeared that 70% of the lanes were open, but then learned the reservations started at 1pm. Thanks Palace for your great, NOT!, customer service to let a Dad and three kids bowl for all of an hour before your reservations, let alone spend even more money patronizing your shoes and food. Forget it! We left, had a pizza at Rino’s(highly recommend) and shot down to Frazer lanes. Old, not the glitzy-est, but all the same to the kids. They/We LOVED it and we got out of there for 14 bucks for two games for all of us including the shoes! FORGETPALACE! Will never return, will never attend another event there, let alone schedule one for any of my five children and hereby recommend the same for anyone considering this establishment. Stick with FRAZER Lanes — sometimes the old stand-bys are the best. Keep it up.

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago. It is a small bowling alley, much different from the glitz and glam of others. I and the people I went with had a good time. I left my camera there and only realized about a week and a half later. I called up the lanes and they told me they had my camera safely locked away. I drove over and tried to offer some compensation for their kindness and honesty, but they refused to accept. Saying that they are in the business of keeping people happy. They are here for the goodness of the public. They are kind and honest and down-home. Please support this local gem.

Fairly ghetto, with all the good and bad that comes with that appellation. Imagine an archetypal seedy bowling alley that hasn’t been updated since the mid 80s. Complacent underachieving staff, ironically amusing graphics on the score computers, mechanical problems, league players with facial tics and bizarre compulsions, groups of teens with nothing better to do. Good place to drop in when it’s raining, throw some balls at some pins on the cheap, and take in the atmosphere. Pretty sure they don’t let you smoke anymore but I could be wrong. BYOB so long as it’s not in glass. Dollar shoes and games on Sundays after 6.

It’s your standard bowling alley. For the longest time there was a letter missing on the sign but I’m happy to say it has been fixed. Frazer Lanes is the kind of place where you bowl for cheap, and you can hang out with your friends. It’s nothing ritzy, and it’s BYOB.
