Very disappointed with my experience. They use a very high pressure sales approach-Matt even called himself a ‘furniture stalker’. When I was hesitant to proceed, he assured me that if I did not like the piece he would gladly take it back. Turns out, he did take the piece back, but refuses to refund my money. Looks like if he can not fix this we will need to go to court as some of the other Unilocal reviews suggest. BEWARNED.

this company is absolutely horrible. the salepeople are nice when you walk in, but after that they take no responsibility ATALL. i ordered a bed in february and the salesman said it would take 6 weeks to make and deliver on the goods. after about 8 weeks i called and they informed me that the materials were out of stock and the bed would be delayed 1 – 2 weeks. KEEPINMIND that i had to call THEM — despite knowing that that bed was out of stock, they did not have the courtesy to call me and let me know. again, 3 weeks later i had to call them AGAIN. no courtesy phone call explaining where the bed was or what the status was. i had to make the call again to inquire, and was promised 1 – 2 weeks yet again. where is the responsibility of this company? 2 weeks later — delivery people called on saturday to tell me the bed was getting delivered on a monday, and that someone would be calling to give me a time window. AGAIN, no call. I called monday mid-morning and their reply was«oh our truck broke down». you have one truck? you couldn’t have called me to reschedule in advance so i didnt take time off to sit at home for your delivery? the lack of responsibility at this point was getting ridiculous. tried to reschedule to tuesday, but was told the delivery could not occur until friday. ok, if you miss a delivery, you better put that delivery at the TOP of your priority list and you BETTER call and let the customers know in advance. if the customer has to keep calling to hear these excuses, you’re not going to have very many customers for very long. this is business 101. this company is horrible and it takes zero responsibility. at this point i am waiting for my friday delivery and hoping that someone shows up. i considered a chargeback on my credit card but have waited well over 10 weeks for this bed so i dont want to delay any longer. would not order from this company ever again.
