My wife and I have been here enough times to recommend this great restaurant. Portions are huge, the drinks are good, and the service is great. It seemed that at our last night there the entrée menu had been reduced, basically only giving my wife one or two options. That recent change with the pricey meals was a bit of a downer for us. Hope you like it!

The Burgers… are incredible! The appetizers are excellent and quite large. Forget about the service. Each staff member is nicer than the last. I know what you are thinking if you have made it this far in my review. No I don’t own the establishment nor do I work for them. Just a customer who works up the street and has eaten the food numerous times. Give them a try, trust me you will be glad you did!

Thought we would take advantage of post-New Year to try a new place. Heard good things about it. My wife wanted to get something short of a full meal. When we arrived, we noticed several choices missing from the menu online. Ordered a few starters and salad and the special entrée of the evening. The special was a surf and turf with pasta and a blue cheese sauce. My major minus was the entrée. It was a bland sauce and it made the beef heavier. The shrimp was great. We’ll go back again but be more aware of what we order. Also, pumpkin cheesecake was pretty frozen-more like ice cream. Loved the fruited oil with the bread and the gelato was good.

This place is legit. My coworkers and I went here for lunch and were not disappointed. Everything we got was delicious and the portion sizes were enormous. I got a corned beef ruben with ¾ lbs of meat on it. Wow! The restaurant also had a great ambiance. It was classy and intimate, yet spacey. The only downside was the service. While the waiter was pleasant, he wasn’t very attentive. After we got our food, he did not return at all to check on us or refill drinks until long after we were done eating and ready for the check.

I love this place for dates with my husband. The food and service is always good, and the ambiance is always nice in the back room if you want it a bit quieter. Good cocktails, especially the maple old-fashioned. Usually dead on the weekends, which can be nice because it feels like you’ve rented the place out.(I’ve also heard it’s perfect for happy hour after work).

This was the best dinner out we have had in a long time. I ordered the Perch special, and could not believe how incredibly delicious my fish was, it was so moist and perfectly seasoned. I have no doubt that there is an actual chef in that kitchen making every meal. I believe our waiters name was Ray, and he provided exceptional service. Really was blown away with how great dinner was, everything including the iced tea was amazing.

My husband and I found Twenty9 when we were on what seemed like a hopeless search for an affordable wedding reception venue that fit our style. I first came across this place as a spot for drinks after work, but it was too beautiful not to ask about their thoughts about doing a wedding. Turns out there had been a few there already so we got in contact and the rest is history. The reception was fully catered buffet style and we were able to pull off all of the decorating with their wonderful team who pulled out all the stops! The food is ALWAYS fantastic and the only way I can describe the feeling I got as the new bride walking in was magical… The look was everything I dreamt of and all of our guests had a memorable experience. I would recommend Twenty9 to ANYONE looking to get married! Thank you Patty and everyone for providing perfection! The Zeltners

A great spot for happy hour! They have an amazing outside deck that’s perfect for summer and fall. The happy hour menu is small but the prices are pretty good. I’d recommend the loaded nachos and bruschetta.

Attended a 50th birthday party in the private area on the lower deck area. The food is delicious and the staff was attentive in refilling the food. The food was buffet style. The lower level has a outdoor deck which allowed the attendees to sit outside and mingle. The only set back was the bar was not open in the private area so we had to walk up a flight of stairs. The alcoholic beverages were not included but the prices were very reasonable.

There is nothing special at all about the food at the place. We started with oysters and they were suspiciously fishy and off-tasting. We also had wedge salad that was pretty lazily put together with what seemed like some bottled ranch dressing, and they also skimped on the bacon bits. My burger was dry and bland and my girlfriend’s ahi tuna special was anything but special. The tuna itself was okay but the presentation was poor and the noodles were overly sauced with some sickly sweet«Asian» glaze.

Wow! I had a birthday meal here and it was UNBELIVABLE! The egg roll appetizers were perfection. I also had shrimp with corn risotto, which was incredibly rich without being overwhelming. I’m still tjinking about this meal more than a week later. Its pricey but worth it. HIGHLY recommended.

The service was great — our waitress always checked in but wasn’t too persistent. She was also extremely friendly and definitely a people person. The cocktail was phenomenal and the food was delicious. I had the Loaded Burger. The prices were pretty reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you get. I would definitely recommend and go again!

I went to 29 on Monday night for dinner. I got there at about 9PM. It was pretty quiet and they were only a few couples at the bar and a couple of tables wrapping up their dinner. The places very warm and nice. The staff was very friendly. My bartender/server(Sarah) was very sweet and attentive. I ordered the Gouda burger. It was excellent. Based on my experience, i’m giving them a five star review.

Went for a quick bite after a softball game. Was considerably underdressed, but the staff didn’t seem to mind at all. Service was impeccable. My water glass was always full and my server was stellar. Food was also excellent. The serving sizes are fair and quality is high. Some dishes even include touches like truffle oil.

My boyfriend and I purchased a groupon for this place to meet some of our friends. Friends bailed last minute, but we decided to give it a try anyway. I was a bit hesitant since I always see this place on groupon, but I was actually pleasantly surprised. Location: The location of this restaurant is very strange. It is kind of hidden in a corporate business park. We made a reservation for dinner at 7:45 on a Saturday night but probably didn’t need to as the place was pretty empty. I have a feeling based on the location that their business is much busier during the week. Ambiance: Awesome! Honestly this placed reminded me of a lodge in the Poconos. The outside of it is beautiful, as is the deck area. There was a party out there, but were able to peak out and see how it was set up. Inside was very spacious. I felt like the tables were spaced out well, and the lighting made for a very romantic evening. Service: Above Par! Our server was on the ball with regards to filling up our water glasses and making sure we were taken care of. The actual delivery of the food was slow, but I have a feeling that had to do more with the kitchen than our waiter. Food: Pretty Darn Good and Very Reasonably Priced! My boyfriend ordered the specialty burger and I ordered the salmon with a side of brussell sprouts. The burger was cooked perfectly for him, and the french fries were seriously some of the best I’ve ever had. My salmon was pretty good. The rub they used was delicious and not like anything I’ve ever had before. I could have done without the fennel salad on the side as there was entirely too much of it on the plate, but it wasn’t horrible. The brussell sprouts are a must! Seriously divine. Bill was $ 61 for the two of us and that included alcohol. For a night out, I was very happy.

Not going back anytime soon because of the food. The stars are for the staff. The hostess was nice. The server and bus people were all kind and helpful. Good bar/drink selection. But the food that came out… So disappointed. I wanted to like this place. It’s definitely more suited for the happy hour drinkers.

Service: Average. Helpful but oddly uninformed. Slow at times, too solicitous at others which either indicates a new server or someone who just isn’t paying attention and trying to catch up. Overall, good but not great. Food: 7 out of 10. They try. I’ll give them that. The prime rib egg rolls were pretty good but just a little odd. Delicious but tough to eat. Not enough the artistically splashed sauce on the plate(no idea what it was, the server didn’t know either). How can you run out of Guiness? And then not know much about the other choices. I had a flat bread which, and I’m sorry if I have to explain this but black is burned. Not horribly but black is burned chefs at Twenty9 so if it’s got black on the edges, it shouldn’t go out. Otherwise, it was ok. I wasn’t super hungry so I ate the center portions. Not worth ten bucks even if there was a fiver stuck to the underside. Ambience: Not bad. Parking was fine in the evening. The restaurant wasn’t very crowded on a Wednesday night. The multiple TVS kind of killed the cool atmosphere I think they were trying for. You can either be cool or be a sports bar, sorry, not both. Disagree if you like but if I am in the dining room and I can see more than four TVs, it’s an ambience fail. Overall, I’d give them another shot. If only to have some more prime rib egg rolls.

Great food. Live band Reasonable cover charge($ 5 for a 10 piece band) Band was awesome. Dancing if you want. Seating if you don’t. In town for conference, what a gem to stumble on. Had tile fish with mushroom risotto. Girlfriend had the crab cake. Nothing left on the plates. Will Travel just to come back here again.

I come here when in town and the food is consistently good and the service is friendly and the kitchen accommodating. We usually order some appetizers to share followed by entrees. The appetizers were a couple of flatbreads, cheese platter, short rib spring rolls and pirogues. Flatbreads were rich and the flatbread totally crispy with sufficient toppings to make the flatbread solid… the margarita and mushrooms with truffle were delicious. The pirogues were a little heavy with the topping and more salty than needed — not a great item. The spring rolls were tasty and cooked the right way, and were more fluffy than I expected. The cheese platter was generous and was made up of three local cheeses and appropriate savory and sweet accompaniments. The small melba toast was exceptional and the whole dish was a big hit. Must try either at the beginning or end of the meal. Entrees were varied and everyone was very pleased. I ordered the salmon and gulf shrimp but asked for it to go on a different bed rather than the risotto. It was very tasty. The fish was cooked a little over what I would have liked but had a very nice crust which gave it a nice texture and taste. Shrimp were firm and rather general, nothing overly special. Bed was made up of brussels sprouts, which were cooked perfectly with a nice crunch and light dressing. Overall a very nice dish. Cioppino was the other favorite and it was really generous and the sauce was well made with a large dipping roll grilled with a cheese and garlic topping. The ravioli was also a hit and the salads were popular too. All were enjoyed and each was very generous in size. The wine list is not extensive but has some nice affordable choices. We tried the tempranillo which was very cost effective and tasty and accompanied the meal very nicely. A great spot when in town.
