I have come to this place a few times. The Korean owners are very nice. i had brought in a comforter to be washed. The lady told me to come back in a week and wrote the date down on my ticket. I went back on the date she provided to pick up my comforter. Guess what, her husband didn’t even start cleaning my comforter yet! i had to go back two days later to pick it up. That was not acceptable, especially she was the one that provided the pickup date. I had a pair of pants hemmed there and the ironing was not straight. They do an okay job, which they could pay more attention to detail. I come here because it’s on my way to work and the location is convenient.
