It’s a good restaurant. Student sized portions are decent for the price. Personally not a fan of their hot food so I typically opt for a sandwich. A lot of my friends do get the hot food and they like it so it’s a matter of personal preference.

I used to love this place in highschool, they have a great lunch special for students. The pasta is always good and so is their frozen yogurt. But I have BIG issues after going back 5 years later. Issues: –The food in the trays aren’t always hot and they microwave your food right in front of you to heat it up. I ordered salmon and I do not think fish should be reheated in a microwave –I ordered take out but as I went to pay I realised I didn’t have enough so said I would run to an ATM near by. They had already put my food in a take out container and into the microwave. I came in less than 5 minutes and said I was ready to pay. The employee had put my food back into the serving tray! So I saw him take what he had just taken and reheated and then put back into the tray back into a take out container and once again into the microwave. This worried me since how many times have people ordered then left but the employee has put their food back into the serving dish and served it to someone else. It was very offputting and I will not return

Love this place! I’ve been coming here for 20 years now and it remains consistently excellent. Soups are incredible and offer vegetarian and dairy free options. My favorite sandwich is the vegetable health in a pita with creamy garlic! Whenever I’m in town I make sure to stop here.

This place is almost hidden on Boston Post road, right next door to the huge diner. This little café is nice and warm offering fresh in homemade food made daily. There is a wide variety of about five different hot entrees and usually three or more fresh(dairy free) soups . Along the back wall is a salad bar and they give you the option to combine many different meals with a salad. They also have a wide variety of vegetarian options. It’s never that crowded I’ve been a few times now and the food is always fresh and the service is always very kind. It’s the type of place i wish we had closer to Iona, since they shut down the eatery we really don’t have anything in comparison to this. If it were even closer to me I am sure I would be there more often for a cup of hot soup . Yesterday I tried the vegetarian chili and it was good had nice taste just wish it has more of a variety of veggies. My boyfriend had the veggie delight or something similar on a pita and he always claims it hits the spot . So Swing by for the perfect lunch or dinner that will save you bundles on convince and money !

I just discovered this gem yesterday evening on my way home. I work near by and I’ve always been meaning to stop in. Upon entering I was greeted warmly and asked if I could be helped. I needed time to look at the menu since it was my first visit. I was allowed to try a taste of different soups which were all so delicious! I ordered a mini tuna melt with Brie and a vegetarian chili! It was so amazing Tasting and very fresh! I can’t stress it enough that the food is so healthy, colorful and made with love. I came back today and ordered a wild mushroom soup hot off the stove! I want seconds of everything here! :)

This is an excellent little place. Food is served café style, with an ample selection of fast and tasty options, including hot entrees, homemade soups, salads, and Greek specialties. We had the spanakopita, chicken with orzo, zucchini broccoli rabe and carrot soups, and a special salad. All were great, and we also liked the semi-sweet Greek yogurt soft serve for dessert. The staff and owners were also exceptionally nice.

Esy’s is one of my absolute favorite places to eat in Larchmont/Mamaroneck, and remains relatively quiet and under rated. You can opt for a sandwich and/or salad in addition to the roughly ten different hot lunch options they provide, from mixed seasoned collard greens to warm orzo salad with chicken. Some of their mains can be a bit oily, so just watch out for that. Otherwise, almost everything I have is fresh, flavorful, and delicious. But the main reason I love Esy’s is the SOUP! Omagahhhhh it’s SO delicious! They usually have some kind of green soup and then a carrot ginger. The soups are smooth, creamy, and packed with flavorful goodness… AND they don’t contain any cream! I’m literally baffled by how creamy these soups taste whilst being dairy free. They also serve only 8 frozen yogurt(only 8 calories per ounce). It’s a really good healthy alternative to ice cream, and they rotate their flavors. Also, cash only kids.

It’s about the yogurt. The frozen, plain tangy kind. You can also get some reasonably healthy and tasty food here.
