Lily’s Foot Spa

Went today, staff was very rude, massage poor at best. I will never go back and don’t recommend at all!

I went in for a back massage. Little did I know this was a deep tissue massage. It hurt like hell! My friend got the same massage as me but I was treated differently. She got a warm towel for her back while I got nothing! I think they are racist. She is white and I am not. Also, my back was sore for days. I never went back, I can stand the pain but not the racism!

Ok. Today was the second time I have gone to lilys. My friends and children have gone there and no problems. Today was bad. I got rolled. I got a $ 35 massage. Half hour foot half hour back. During the massage I had to ask for him to go lighter which he did and to rub my heel which he was ignoring. I don’t think he liked the instruction. When I went to pay I gave him $ 35 for massages and a $ 7 tip which is 20%. He pushed the tip back at me and told me it was no good. He said that there was a $ 10 minimum tip. I explained that I had been there before and that wasn’t true. After questioning him for a few minutes he bullied me into giving him $ 10. Only one other customer was there and she said she goes there all the time and never heard of such a thing. He hid behind the language barrier. Don’t like when people come to the U.S. For a better life and then rob you. It wasnt a misunderstanding it was a planned well thought out manipulation to get more money! What comes around goes around I’m not worried but want the rest of the world to know.

Great massage but they reuse all the towels,
And Plastic bags that line the baskets. And I also think they are reusing some of the water as well. So disappointed because the massage is great.
