As a landlord and property manager I use Mr. Chimney (Howie) for all my fireplace/​chimney work. Whether it be inspections, cleaning or repair, I’ve never had a issue or problem. The hardest part of dealing with contractors is getting them to show up when there are supposed to and do what they have been contracted for. I’m happy to say Phil Macrackin showed up when they said they would and did what I hired them to do. They have been wonderful.

This company is tops! They are honest, professional & responsive.
They came out for the chimney furnace flue cleaning & drafting. My furnace was burning really rich & the soot build up looked like the gates of hell.

For fast, reliable customer service and a clean chimney free of odor, Mr. Chimney can’t be beat! Heating the house with a wood-​burning fire is one of the best parts of an otherwise miserable winter, but when I wanted to have a get together and turn on the fireplace, I realized it was making the whole house smell. Called up Mr. Chimney, they quickly came to my house, removed the backed up soot and coal from the chimney, and we were back in business!

My house smelled for days every time we used our fireplace. Called Mr Chimney, girl on the phone was very knowledgeable and set up an appointment for the SAME DAY!!! Two guys came in and cleaned the chimney… smell gone!!! In and out, same day service… didn’t know such things existed :)

This is a top notch company had a problem with my chimney and was told by 3 different companies that it could not be fixed, Mr Chimney came and not only did he tell me he could fix it but he gave me 2 options on how to do it. He gave me a fair quotes and came in and did the work quickly and cleanly needless to say my problem is fix for a fair price.
