I love long lines. Nothing invigorates me more. It is such an amazing experience to wait 10 minutes for a parking spot and saunter into my favorite Starbucks location to see the monstrous but strikingly hot looking queue. Waiting for another 10 minutes results in such transcendently divine joy that I get back into line for each separate purchase to get those Starbucks loyalty stars. By the time I am done, half the day is over, but I am satisfied in the accomplishment of waiting multiple times for my caffeinated hot or cold beverages or food items of my choice. P. s. Bring your own cup for .10 off and ask for paper cups instead of plastic for your frappucino to save Mama Earth.

Please don’t go from 2−4pm! It gets really busy with all the high schoolers. Other then that, I recommend it. The drinks are good & the staff are friendly. It’s also a clean & cozy place.

Though this location is crazy when high schoolers nearby rushing in, cueing, but other than that time pretty calm and peaceful. I like to sip a cup of coffee here after finished my shopping at Trader Joes nearby.

One barista and one cashier at 9 a.m. Line is consistently to the door. Not just today. Have been here other times with same issue. Forgot my food order today and have forgotten my drink order in the past. Needs better management. A crowd of high school students just arrived which is predictable due to proximity to MHS, but that should be no surprise. Plan ahead. PS people are cleaning their own tables in order to have a place to sit. Manager in the house?

this starbucks is local hang out close to Mamaroneck High, so during high school hours it is packed with high school students who are studying, gossiping or texting or some combination of all three! The new preorder app is very helpful if you want to get in and out quickly! parking is a problem…

My beverage was fine. But, there were 3 people working behind the counter and the place wasn’t slammed by any means… there were 2 patrons ahead of me. Long story short — it took an extraordinary amount of time to get my coffee; I wish i had timed it. The one barista looked like he was hustling and doing the best that he could, but the other 2 behind were chatting away at the other end of the counter(and no new customers were coming in). Now, it’s possible that they’re only trained on how to use the register, but the basic customer-service centric part of me thinks that they should have done something to help the barista expedite the orders. Also, the seating area was filthy — crumbs everywhere from previous sloppy patrons… clearly no manager was on site. The only reason this place has 2 stars is due to the general friendliness of the person that took my order and the hustling barista.

these baristas are definitely slipping. Line was getting long and they left 1 girl to do everything. It was brutal watching my life go by as she made 3 frapps. Ik they were looking 2 close but damn… I had to give a big shout out hello in order for these dipshits to acknowledge me. Manager looks at me and says we’ll b with u in a minute as 3 baristas piddle around. Baristas b trippin

Love this Starbucks. The beverages made are super delicious and the baristas are always friendly and professional. They are quick even during the school season and it’s full of local high school students. That is the only con but otherwise keep on with the greatness.

Very comfortable, but check your watch and calendar first. If the high school next door is in session and about to let the kids out. Try somewhere else. unless your a really big fan of ‘Saved by the bell’.

Very rude assistant when I asked for a water she told me that I should order it at the time of ordering my coffee and not after and remember that for next time!!! Apparently it gets confusing to ask for it after! Really! Thinking she is working in the wrong place if she cant handle the pressure!!!

This is a great branch. The place is huge, the staff is cheery, they have a dedicated parking lot, and there’s tons of seating. If it wasn’t 20 minutes away I’d stop by every day.

Place is filthy and don’t consider eating here unless you’re planning to take out. I purchased a sandwich as well as a drink and every table was filled yet no one was eating or drinking. They were all just sitting there on ipads, laptops, cells and reading newspapers and no intention of leaving. There really should be a limit on the amount of time seated

Uh oh… It’s clear from the redesign they really don’t want people lingering around. Went from an amazing cozy place to something you’d see in a shopping mall. Still an amazing staff though.

Clean venue and good service. There must be a junior high or high school around as this place was filled w school age kids on a mid-afternoon weekday.
