Great person to deal and very detailed oriented, guided me and my wife to buy our first home in Mammoth back in 2012. We will not hesitate calling him again when we are ready to upgrade.

Wow… What can I say? Working with Danica and Eric produced the desired results on a second home better than the results on my primary residence… all while they were on vacation. We visited Mammoth on October 10^th and Danica (at the last minutes… seriously, the night before. Eric was out of town and she grabbed the ball and ran with it) showed us properties suggested by Eric based on our conversation on what we were looking for. The longest wait was negotiating the price because we were working with a trust. Finally agreed to the value (not contentious… just slow response because the executor had to consult several people) and went into a 45 day escrow. Literally, we went into escrow when Danica and Eric were on a vacation. They let us know their schedules and would monitor our sale based on internet service. Short story, we closed two weeks early because Eric and Danica worked as a team. We received their referred though a friend for a similar transaction. Eric Leach is simply one of the most professional, enjoyable people I’ve ever worked with in real estate, and I’ve worked with dozens of realtors and mortgage brokers. He always does what he says he’ll do, is truly interested in the client having a great experience and getting the home or condo that’s right for them (or getting the right price and buyer if selling). He lives, eats and breathes Mammoth, and tells it straight. We bought our first place in Mammoth from Eric in 2010 and will only use him for any and all transactions in the future.
