Richard, Kandis and the whole team at Perfect Clean are just amazing! We’ve been renting our condo in Mammoth for about a year now… and it would not have been anywhere near as easy or successful without their support. The team is incredibly professional, efficient and accommodating. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough — just brilliant!

I’ve owned a vacation rental condo in Mammoth for 5 years and had two previous management/​cleaning companies to handle 1) cleaning/​linens, 2) key drop off/​pick up, 3) repairs and 4) emergency service.
Perfect Clean, Inc. is so much better than the previous two — they’re reliable, friendly, hard-​working and my guests are very happy. Rick and Kandis, the owners, and Steven, the manager, separately stopped by my condo when I expressed interest and answered all of my questions. They and Junior, the other manager, have shown me through their hard work in the past five months of service that they really want to make owners and guests happy. Their rates are competitive, even less than my most recent company.
And an extra bonus is the fact that they will make every effort to accommodate special requests.
I can’t say enough good things about them.
