Torro Clean

For me, they showed up on time. But they almost double the price they quoted me after they finished the cleaning. I had to work with them to come to a compromise. I understand quotes are not guaranteed, but at least give me a call and get my permission before you start the work. Had they gone out of their way to not increase the quoted price and instead explained to me the extra work they did, I would have given them all my rental business I’ll generate from this vacation rental property. Now I feel like I’ve lost trust in them. Similarly, that’s why there is a law when you take your car to a mechanic and the actual work required is more than the quote, they must get your approval before doing the work.
I do agree that they were very nice over the phone and did a pretty good job.

Here’s the deal. Torro clean does a great job… if you can get ahold of them. They flake on appointments and tell you 5 minutes and leave you waiting 30 only to re-​schedule for a different time. Their mobile car wash service is excellent. Housekeeping is pretty good too, but I’d rather not waste my time waiting for someone who may or may not show up or answer the phone. It also helps if you speak Spanish but the main guys who run the business speak ok English. They are very nice, just not reliable and this has unfortunately been proven on several occasions.
