don’t shop here!!! avalon carpet does a horrible job with installs. they sell bad carpet and when you complain they never call back. i bought carpets 2 years ago, after 5 months they started to shred and pull away from the wall. it took 8 months to get replaced. after another 5 months it started again. they came out to look at them and never heard from them again. tried to tell me my dog was ripping the carpet, haha only this one not the other 5 rooms of carpet

Wow what a disappointment in customer service. Don’t waste your time the prices are very high and we waited 20 minutes at the desk for the staff to continue to ignore us. I believe this is an ongoing issue as this is not the first time we have been treated as though they were doing us a favor. But i promise it will be the last … Bob A

Please don’t waste your time here. The woman who we dealt with was a complete idiot and it was like we were bothering her. the price was double what we paid and she couldn’t commit to a 3week a
Schedule. We went right next door and they were great.
