Went there yesterday and was disappointed. I forgot my coupon at home and asked if I could pull it up on my phone. The checkout woman who was at the register who I believe was a manager said yes. So I was fumbling around trying to find it and thought I had it but when it finally popped up it was for an online purchase only. She would not give me the 20% off and now I have to make a special trip back to get the discount. Is that really necessary? She saw I get the stores coupons why can’t she make it easy and mark this sale with a note that the customer forgot the coupon. I really hope when I go back she is the one that has to ring up my discount. And as they say karma is a b#*%@ and I hope a clerk in a store where she shops does not help her out someday. Also the store was very overstocked and it was difficult to navigate through the store. Things were stocked so high that you couldn’t see around the corners and very small isles which made it difficult to push the cart. There are many of these stores and I think for now on I will go to a different one. In my opinion poor customer service.

There are two things that I like about this Bed Bath and Beyond. 1) The amount of beachy and summer goods — perfect for shore living. Everything from kitchen to table to bed to bath to garden and beach. 2) The nice people who work there. They are helpful in getting down some merchandise from a high shelf(we didn’t even search them out, they came to us). They also didn’t give us a hard time when a product was stickered with a price significantly less than what it should have been with giving us the lower price.(We just pulled it off the shelf and honestly didn’t know that it should have been much more).
