Moved into the area in 2010 and have had constant issues with Comcast– TV/​phone and internet– we live in an adult community and a lot of us are having issues– have dealt with multiple levels and still the issues are not resolved– we need more competition in this area–

Moved into the area. The only choice of internet service and cable TV is Comcast. It is horrible. Every time I call about service or billing I am put on hold for 15 – 20 minutes. After talking to someone I am put on hold again 15 – 20 minutes. All they want to do is sell you a different package. Never resolves the problem. If I could I would change my service to the other big carrier. Had it up north and it was far better.
