Mr Sandless

Not surprised that mr sandless has finally made the news. i was shocked that with all the positive reviews on their website, you never saw a bad review. not one bad review ! in my opinion, its because the website doesn’t post negative reviews. believe me, i tried warning people to look elsewhere. im sorry a family in staten island is going through a mess right now. ill be careful in my words since matt gardiner is in the news. i’ve had a few conversations with him and vented my frustrations. some were heated and i was probably more angry at myself for choosing them. i used his crew 2 years ago to do my floors on the first floor. i made a huge mistake and regret using their services. it sounds great to save time and money to get your floors refinished. i spent $ 1,000. i wanted satin finish and i got bowling alley shine. we originally had walnut color with satin finish. we got high gloss and scuff marks were more noticable than ever. i used everything possible to get rid of them. i ended up getting 3 quotes from reputable companies to do the floors over. the right way in my opinion. sand them down and refinish with oil based poly. i decided the only way i could fix this was by hiring a reputable, established company that guarantees their work. two years ago, i made a huge mistake and signed off on the work mr sandless did. i wasnt happy but the job was done. signing off meant that matt gardiner and his company were off the hook. i just wanted them out of my house ! last month before the kids went back to school i hired HUGGINS FLOORING in westfield nj… they’ve been in the area for 15 yrs and they did a great job. i checked their references and couldnt find a bad review. believe me, after using mr. sandless, i did my homework this time. i paid $ 4,300 and dont regret it. ANYONE THINKING OF USING MR. SANDLESS ALL I CAN SAY IS… YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
