The owner, Barbara, has the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. My 400 $ glasses which retail at 600 – 800 $ lost a pin. I put them in for repair, when I got them back, the glasses were slightly damaged though still wearable. Barbara immediately insisted on replacing my expensive glasses at no charge. I was notified that my expensive frames were on back order from Italy. A few days later she called me to pick up glasses, at which point she gave me a pair with my prescription that are of a similar style to my originals while I wait for my back ordered Italian frames to come in. I have never seen a small shop like this take care of its customers better. I HIGHLY recommend Barbara and the eyeglass outlet for those who value good customer service and someone who values customer relations over immediate profits.
