I hired this company to service a rental unit I own because I could not rely on the tenants to perform the necessary maintenance that a consciensous homeowner would do. What a pleasure. Polite, clean and knowledgeable. Took care of all the HVAC filters and dryer vent (which always concerned me because of fire risk). Replaced all batteries in smoke and CO2 detectors so i know the tenants are safe and won’t be annoyed when the attic smoke detector starts beeping and they wouldn’t have a clue where the beeping was coming from. (I learned that the hard way once). The software is cool because now I have the make and serial number of every appliance and piece of equipment handy if I ever need parts or service.

They were on time, booties for their shoes, took care of all the stuff around the house that has to get done that I never remember to do. Wife was happy the fridge was pulled out and cleaned and I am happy there will be no more fire detectors beeping at night because I forgot to change the batteries! This is a great service and the software to keep track of my home is pretty neat! Hey, when was the last time you cleaned the coils on your fridge or cleaned out your dryer vent?
