I purchased a living social voucher for my wife to get the body contour done. She called to make an appointment and the lady that answered the phone told her she would have to have a release signed by her doctor. We then set up an appointment with our doctor who looked at the release and refused to sign it as it puts all the risk on the doctor. He stated if they were a true medical spa a doctor would be on site to do it. We then called back and told the lady this information and she responded with they did have a doctor but he would not do it for a LS voucher and would charge $ 100. She then proceeded to say that if we purchased two more treatments at $ 500 each then the doctor would do it for free. This is a scam an no where in the LS fine print did it say we had to pay an additional $ 100 or that a doctors release would be required. We contacted LS and told them about this. They gladly refunded our money.
