Based on my experience with the management at the guest house I will NEVER be staying at this establishment.
While I did not get the opportunity to stay at the guest house, I was verbally accosted by Barbara after needing to cancel my room reservation when a death occurred in my immediate family. Her response to my cancellation was rude and unprofessional and after her rant she continued to hang up on me.
This establishment needs to train their employees to handle their guests in a helpful and professional and dare I say compassionate manner.
