Paul Woodworks

We have this beautiful teak wood picnic table at my office that needed repair. Paul was quick to respond to my phone call, prompt in giving an estimate and did the job in a timely and efficient manner.
He crafted stabilizers to fit underneath the benches and table with wood that matched perfectly. Our picnic table set looks better than ever.
I would highly recommend Paul. He is a true professional and decently priced.

I have a solid walnut desk that I had bought from room and board that needed to be cut down in size to fit in a new location and refinished.
Paul was very prompt for all of his appointments and was extremely professional. The desk looks beautiful and his workmanship is excellent. I would recommend Paul without reservations for any wood work projects that you may have.

Paul is a truly outstanding carpenter and master wood worker.
I called him for 2 small jobs. I’m sure that these were menial jobs for a guy with Paul’s master carpentry talents, but he was happy to help and approached each job with a craftsman-​like attitude.
1) a door in my garage that would only close if you slammed it
2) installing new slats/​rails to replace my warped rails on an old french bed making the bed sag in the middle
He showed up at 9am on the button, worked efficiently, and fixed both problems beyond my expectations. And he’s reasonable!
He also needed to come back the next day because one of the parts I was sent by the bedding company was the wrong size. He was happy to stop by on short notice didn’t charge me for the second visit even though I tried to pay him.
My guess is that Paul can do just about anything that involves repairing or creating things out of wood. Plus, he is a really nice guy, professional, super clean and highly talented.
My only reservation in writing this review is that he won’t be available next time I need him.

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with Paul’s work. We wish we’d discovered him years ago, when we first moved into our house. In little more than a day, he transformed our stairs. It’s nice to know that the master carpenter’s skill lives on. I’ve never known a contractor who worked with so much quiet efficiency! Superb craftsmanship. Highly recommended to anyone with a woodwork project — interior or exterior, large or small.
