Shell Pest Control

I recently had to contact Shell following a recommendation from my neighbor for a bed bug problem in a rental unit I owned. Horrified at the prospect of having to deal with a bed bug situation and the online posting of what a nightmare they were to get rid of, I was prepared for potential financial ruin. I envisioned months of dealing with an ongoing ordeal costing thousands of dollars in lost revenue and replacement of everything in the apt to be rid of the problem. The technician «Rich» who immediately came to my property was extremely knowledgeable and able to deal with the anxiety of the situation. He conducted a very thorough inspection as I followed reluctantly behind. Provided a much needed education on bed bugs and provided very useful information for my cleaning people on how to identify pest issues early on. His expertise was clearly evident. At no time did he exploit the situation, which would have been very easy to do given my «freaking» out state. Instead he provided a plan of action that was both affordable and reassuring. Shortly after my bedbug incident I found myself dealing with a flea problem. I immediately contacted Shell and received the same professional, affordable and effective service. I would not hesitate to call this service for any pest issues, I cannot speak more highly of their service. As much as I appreciated their help I hope to not need them anytime soon, but if I do I am relieved to know I can count on an honest quality service.
