How many good things can I say? The fact is simple if you are looking for a stand up company these are your guys. If you want honesty. these are your guys! I would say the best in the business! Trey is seriously the best out there!!! He’s extremely professional! He also gave me the best quotes out of 4 companies! The price was reasonable. I have a sectional cleaned that had spills and stains all over it. It had stains I didn’t even think we’re possible to come out. Trey came right in and got to work. The job was actually finished a lot quicker than I thought and every single stain was gone! I will be recommending to anyone I know that needs a cleaning. Will definitely be using again the future!!!

Hands down! The best company I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. I dealt with Trey and he really knew his stuff. I used them for carpet cleaning and a small water damage job in my kitchen. They were promptly on time, efficient and outside of all that affordable. Just had my carpet and couch cleaned by Trey. Fair price, AWESOME service! Carpet looks brand new and the couch has never been cleaner. Highly recomend this company and will be using them in the future!

I found Trey and his company on and called for an estimate on a mold problem in my master bath. Trey returned my inquiry the same day and we arranged an estimate. He showed up promptly and walked me through the steps of the remediation work that we needed. We received estimates from 4 different companies and Trey’s estimate came in significantly under the others received. We scheduled the work for the following week. Towards the end of our hour appt window, his office called and said he’d be a few minutes late, but he arrived shortly after. After the tile removal the area was found to be smaller than previously thought so the final price was under the estimated cost. Score! The work was completed the same day. We had a great experience with Eco-Cleaning Solutions and I plan to contact them for carpet cleaning this spring. Great job!

On July 14, 2014 I submitted the following request using the company’s online contact form request: Hello, I am moving out of my condo/townhouse on 7⁄19 and would like it cleaned on 7⁄20 in preparation for the folks who will be renting from me. Can you please give me a quote and let me know if you are available on 7⁄20? The place will be completely empty. Winding Brook Condominiums, Chantilly, VA Unit 1294 square feet 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom living dining room condo kitchen laundry room wood floors/tile throughout(no carpet) Are refrigerator, inside cabinets and windows included in the price? I received the following information via email that evening: «Hi there, The cost to clean your condo will be 150.00 to 195.00 that includes inside of the fridge and cabinets. The windows inside only. The bad news is we can do it on the 21st if that would work for you. We are fully booked on the other days you listed. Our number is 571−426−8643 if you like to schedule for that 21st. Thanks you Bernard» I phoned Bernard at the number provided and he confirmed via telephone that he would be able to provide cleaning services on Monday, July 21, 2014 and that the cleaning people would be there at 9:00 am. They never showed up. I left two voice messages asking for someone to return my call because my new tenants would be moving in that afternoon and I needed to provide them with instructions as to when they could move in. I also sent a follow-up email and never received a response: Dear Bernard, I confirmed with you last week that three cleaning people would be at my place by 9:00 am this morning to conduct a move-out clean. I informed my tenants that the cleaning should be done no later than noon. I just received a message from them that the cleaning has not been done. This is creating a very big inconvenience and interfering with the move. Can you please contact me as soon as possible to let me know what happened? Thanks, Lisa My desire is to provide this information to inform consumers who utilize Unilocal for feedback about the company’s practices. The company states«We have been in the cleaning industry for over 13 years, we take pride in our work. We care what the customers thank about our service, because we know they will tell a friend or family member about our service. So we do it right the first time». I never received a follow-up call, apology, or an explanation as to why they were a no show. I would never contact this company again.
