Difficult to deal with. Hard to get anything done. Pray nothing breaks and you’ll have to fix it. Once you’ve signed the lease you are forgotten. Suggest sending email to District Manager (larehart) and CEO (MPantzer). May or may not help, but I think they don’t care either and are only interested in occupancy. Lots of talk No action.

*****Renters Beware!***** I had no choice but to give them a star … (ugh) this place surely doesn’t deserve even one … It is so mismanaged and they lie about everything and the water bill is outrageous. The so called Security Gates have been broke forever and when they fix them they are soon broke again so don’t think of that as a plus to move there. Your car gets hit in the parking lot all the time … spots are too close and door dings all the time. You cannot go to the Rental Office to complain about anything because they will tell the person who it was that complained about them. I saw a few neighbor fights all because the Rental Office ran their mouth… very unprofessional. When you move out they bill you for things that they claim are «Broke» that never were and for replacing a carpet that didn’t need replaced and refuse to give you proof that they replaced the carpet. In Fairfax County they have a Consumer Protection Agency that protects you from this kind of shady business. Apartments have to prove they did the repairs they say they did plus they have to notify you when the final walk thru is so you can be there… Prince William and City of Manassas and Manassas Park need to get with the Program… This place doesn’t do either … your final bill is to the point where it is cheaper to pay them than pay a Lawyer to fight them and they know that so they make money off you when you move out. There are many other Apartments in the area that are nicer and Managed much better… Move on to them

Lived here for 2 yrs. first floor. Very noisy. Tenants are very rude and inconsiderate of their neighbors. Call and complain they say they took care of it but they are still loud! Very expensive… water bill is over a $ 100 a month. Once they find out who they are they screen your calls and won’t answer… it used to be clean but the trash at the dumpster looks like it vomits ever weekend of trash! Parking is good… pool is nice… biggest complaint is the neighbors. Crashing through walls at all hours of the night! We are moving asap!

Gates are still not working after moved in six months ago… Left messages at the front desk, no one returns my calls… Too many excuses why things are not getting done. Don’t recommend it.
