AAA Carpet Cleaning

They did a good job cleaning the carpet.
However, when I called for a price quote they told me $ 275. When I got the work done, the guy charged me $ 475. He said the lady on the phone underestimated the amount of carpet.
If that’s what it costs, that’s what it costs, but I was prepared (they needed cash) to pay $ 275. Perhaps they need to retrain their staff in the art of asking questions if they are going to be giving out quotes.
Beware — no credit cards or out of state checks.

I called AAA and they were able to fit me into their schedule two days later. Our house was about to go on the market and the carpets needed a good cleaning.
Price: average — the cost was about the same as anywhere else
Customer Service: Good — they were a very friendly couple that arrived and cleaned our carpets. They were courteous, and understanding of having to work around three small children.
Credit Cards: Poor form — They say that they accept credit card, and then lay a guilt trip on you about how expensive it is for them every time they take one. I tried to give them my card and the woman said «We STRONGLY prefer checks». Don’t advertise that you take credit card if you are going to give customers a hard time for trying to use a card.
Deal-​breaker: Towards the end I wanted to get my kids out of the house as the carpets were still wet and had scotch-​guard on them. They had one room left to do in the house, so I loaded up the kids and told them I would be back in just a couple minutes, that I was going to the drive through a block away. They said that they would lock up if they finished before I got back. It had taken them two hours to do five rooms, didn’t think they could get the last one done in ten minutes. Well I got back ten minutes later and they were gone. My doors were left unlocked and my garage door was open. Nothing was missing, but the fact that they left my house completely unlocked and exposed, when I told them where I was going and how long I would be is completely unacceptable. I will never be using their services again.

We had 2 dogs and 2 small kids living in the house for a over a year with light color carpet on all 3 levels. After we moved out of the rental we hired AAA Carpet Cleaning company to clean the carpets. They had to do pet (teak and flea) treatment, stain treatment along with the main cleaning. And at the end they did an amazing job! Carpet looks great, all stains are gone. So, we are very happy with the service we provided. We found them through Unilocal too. We were not disappointed!

I didn’t give AAA much notice on getting my living room carpet cleaned and they bent over backwards to accomodate my short notice. Not only did they fit me into the schedule later in the day (they stayed past closing time), they did a fantastic job and were open to my expanding the areas that they cleaned since they did such an amazing job.
It is now roughly 6 months later and with 3 dogs and 2 kids, I need another visit. I will be calling them again for another visit. They’ve won me as a loyal customer.

There is no better level of service or customer care in existence. Our carpets seemed impossible to clean, until a dishwasher problem nearly killed them. Instead of worrying about replacing the carpet, AAA swiftly took care of drying everything out over a few days with blowers, then returned to professionally steam clean them. They look brand new!
