Not a good experience.
My heat stopped working Thursday night. I called them several times Friday morning and finally spoke to someone at 10:30am. They said that I would be the next house to visit on their list and it would be about an hour. I left work and rushed home. The tech showed up at 4:30pm on Friday. Not a single call from their office to let me know he was running behind; in fact, I called twice to ask. I lost ¾ of a day of work waiting at home for someone to show up.
The tech diagnosed the issue and I was given a price of $ 2300 to fix it. They were not willing to come till Monday to fix the issue, which meant a weekend without heat in the dead of winter. I was able to call around and find another company that came and fixed my heat Saturday evening for ¹⁄₅ of the price they quoted me.
They did not care one bit and did not make me feel valued as customer. Bad attitude. I wouldn’t ever use them again or recommend them — I found many other better places.
