Steve Bradley and Bradley Group Realtors have provided real estate services on behalf of my family for a number of years. We have found them to be extremely responsive, detail-​oriented and they get results! Great results! In selling our home, Bradley Group provided assistance with staging and general advice to help present our home to prospective buyers. They helped us get a solid offer within a week of listing. A couple of years later we purchased a short sale, and Bradley Group was our Realtor. Our offer was submitted and accepted in February, and we closed at the end of April. Everyone who is familiar with purchasing of short sale homes has been amazed when we talk about the timeline for completing our purchase. Bradley Group finds the best of the best in lenders to work with, and made sure we were satisfied with the experience. We have recommended Bradley Group to our friends and family, and they, too have the same home-​buying and selling success that we experienced.
We have tried other realtors and all we got was an inbox full of listings for us to pore through — none of which seemed to match what we said we were looking for. We called Bradley Group and worked with Steve. He listened to us and looked at the example listings we sent for him to match in his search. He did send us emails with homes for us to look at, but they were spot on with what we told him we were looking for. Every house we looked at, Steve was familiar with the neighborhood and had a wealth of information about the area we were looking at moving to. Steve lives and breathes real estate, and I’m convinced he knows everything there is to know about buying and selling homes in Northern Virginia. There was not a question he couldn’t answer for us. When you’re buying or selling your house, it can be very stressful. With Steve, we were able to leave all of the heavy lifting to him and his team. They told us everything we needed to do, and we could just focus on those tasks, with no worries that they would drop the ball and cause us to lose out on getting our house. I was happy to finally close on our home, but so sad that the experience with Steve was over. I wish I could buy another house just to have a chance to work with Steve and Bradley Group Realtors again. I will continue to have Bradley Group represent us for home purchases and sales, with no thought of going to someone else.
