Color Nails & Spa

I have been to color nails many times over the last 5 years this used to be my favorite place to get my nails done but after today I doubt I will be returning. I received a mani and pedi.
The pedicure was nice and well done. Deb did this.
My manicure was a completely different story. A different lady did my hands; which I believe was debs mother. My nails were and long and after a heavy hand with the file (deb did this part) my nails were now short and I don’t mean a little from the palm side of my hand you can no longer see my nails. I do not believe the manicurist was even trained. My cuticles which were very healthy before I came now look like Freddie Kruger got a hold of them. When it came to polish time she sloped it all over my nails making a mess, not to mention the coats were un even with some parts being really thick and others sheer. Deb did step in and evened the paint out, It now looks «okay» But the ends were not capped which means the paint will chip a lot quicker. After it was all said and done I was charged $ 32. I paid then tipped. Before I left (I had to wait for my friends nails were done, so about 15 min) Deb came up to me. and was like «oh I am sorry. Your cost was $ 37 you owe me more money». I found this to be a bit rude considering the experience we just received and it’s not my fault you told me the incorrect price from the beginning. I reluctantly paid the extra $ 5 and immediately left. I am very disappointed. This place has gone down hill.

I came to this place for the first time and they WoWed me by their customer service. The place looks clean and organized. I felt so relax because there wasn’t too much noise around like other places.
