In January 2013 I turned in a folder which held all my case information for Mr. Cooper to look over and then contact me back. Despite my many phone calls and messages, Mr. Cooper has never, not once, returned my calls. He also to this date has not returned my folder of information. Whether the case was to his liking or not, a return phone call would be the professional way to handle the situation. If he doesn’t have the most common of courtesies, I wouldn’t want his representation. I would recommend making copies of anything given to him, you may not get it back!
