Worst experience ever! I recently purchased sneakers at the foot locker in Tysons and wanted to return them because my daughter couldn’t wear them only to be told by the store manager I had to wait a week since the shoes just came out 2 days ago. I had my receipt, unworn shoes still in the box with me to turn in. Since when do you have to wait 1 week to return shoes? Clearly on the back of the receipt it says they will accept unworn merchandise back within 30 days and will issue a refund so the 1 week rule she had wasn’t on there anywhere. I guess that’s something she made up because she didn’t want to process the return and do her job. Needless to say I called the corporate office spoke to a gentleman and he told me to go back and directed me to Jennifer to process the return. Jennifer did a great job and is a true asset to the store. She should be the manager instead since the store manager obviously doesn’t know her own stores return policy. I’m just saying, knowing the policy should be apart of the managers job. I guess she missed that part in training. This is my last time conducting any business at this store and will continue to support the store in Tysons where the associates are helpful, take their time with customers and appreciate their business. I will definitely be glad to take that 30 minute trip to get quality service and I encourage everyone else to visit the Tysons store as well.

I am absolutely amazed at this company’s false advertising. I came here today to receive a ticket for pre-selected sneaker, only to be told that it is a raffle contest. However, the website AND the sign in the business window both stated they were pre-selection tickets. What makes it worse? The website said Foot Locker would be open at 8am, they didn’t open until 10:10am! Not only is there poor management here, the false advertisement has me absolutely baffled. Had there been CLEAR and ACCURATE information about the«raffle drawing,» I wouldn’t have wasted my time and money to come here. It is truly disappointing and this place will never get my support as a consumer again. I also intend to see what else can happen further to correct Foot Locker’s false advertisement. Truly pathetic! What makes it worse is rude, young cashiers saying«You should have called us.» Why would I call a company when clear instructions are posted outside the place of business and via the internet? Absurd, entirely.
