Great customer service over the phone. When I finally drove to this location to pick up the game I was trying to find, the staff was very friendly and courteous. The store was clean and well organized.

Smh how are you gonna half way ring me up and then just turn around and tell your coworker/​manager to ring me up when he doing something else. It was just a single item! How hard can that be to ring it up? After I stood there a good 3 – 5 min waiting. I decided to leave nd as soon as I’m walking out the store he says «take care» really??? C’mon MAN!!!

I love this gamestop because it is really close to home and the amount of games is immense. If they don’t have it in-​stock the employees help you order it on-​line with complete ease. The employees are very nice and they are also very knowledgable about every game that’s in the store or being released soon.

It’s a GameStop. I received the fairly standard GameStop service from a store that, like other technology/​media stores in this age of digital content, is slowly becoming obsolete. I don’t know what impulse hit me, but I decided to upgrade my Wii to a WiiU. I didn’t do a lot of research on bundles and went with the only 32GB bundle they had, which cane with NintendoLand. In retrospect, I should have gone to Best Buy to see if they had the 32GB New Super Mario U bundle. Plus I would have gotten a few dollars more on the games I traded in (although honestly, just a few, probably like $ 3-​$ 4 more) and been able to use the triple rewards points birthday coupon I forgot I had. But that’s on me, not GameStop — they were consistent with any other GameStop I have been to.
And as for the WiiU — don’t let the skeptics fool you. It’s a pretty cool system and a must-​have for Nintendoholics.

Typical game stop store, good inventory and clean store. Service was really good, had an old game stop reward card and the clerk got me a new upgraded one and took the time to explain the new card.
Staff is knowledgable and helpful I’m glad to have a game stop so close to the house.
