I came to this place only because it was convenient and I work in the mall. I will NEVER go back. When I walked in no one even greeted me and I went to go sit down and the color I picked the lady was very mean about my color I wanted and when she went Togo glue the tips they were not even glued down all the way than when another tech came in she made me switch spots and when the male tech was doing my nails he said I was too picky and to go to the nail place I normally go to and they did everything wrongggg I have never in my life experience such a horrible customer service dirty mean nail salon in my life and I highly recommend no one goes there ever!!!

It’s in the Manassas Mall, so I’m not sure what else I was expecting… this place earned its 2 stars, but nothing more. Simply put, the 2 stars are for(1) the niceness of the staff — well, more so my friend’s nail tech. Mine did her job on me, then left. The other tech chatted us both up while working(2) the message chair — the tech even encouraged me to stay in my chair after my pedicure was done, while my friend got a manicure &(3) the decent lasting effect of my pedicure/polish — but it did eventually tint to a darker color near the tips?! huh? Other than that, I can’t say much else, positive wise. I think it is important to note that they did not use new utensils when working on my feet(i.e. file, buffer, ect). By the time I noticed, I could only HOPE that they had been cleaned somehow & my feet wouldn’t suffer some fungus disease. Yuck!

Always able to fit you in quickly and only $ 8 for eyebrow waxing if you pay cash! They have tons of gel polish options and their chairs are great! Always nice and friendly staff. Helene did my nails and did an excellent job! I would recommend her to anyone.

It was difficult to find a nail salon open on July 4th so my daughter and I had to settle for Glamour Nails. Ordinarily, «mall nail shops» are NOT on my list. We’ll definitely go back here though. We both had pedicures — went in for just a basic and were going to go the next weekend for a «full service pedi elsewhere». Well, we couldn’t understand the salon tech well enough so ended up with the extreme pedi($ 45 incl. salt rub, mint mud wrap, cream massage, paraffin). Nancy did my pedi and I will certainly ask for her again. She was gentle but really cleaned up my feet. My daughter’s tech was more«rushed» than Nancy, but she said she enjoyed it and would never have known had I not been sitting next to her. The massage chairs weren’t as good as some of them, but I went in for a pedi, not a back massage so i was content.
