I have been to this location several times over the years. The nurses that draw the blood have always been professional and really pleasant. The front desk staff are rude. My prior experiences with the front desk (twice for 1 hour glucose tests and once for a 3 hour glucose test) weren’t pleasant interactions but today was the absolute worst. I dropped in 10 minutes prior to their closing time for a routine blood draw. There was no one in the lobby. I had only realized I had come in so close to closing time when I saw the hours on the door. I approached the front and handed over my prescription and asked if there was still time left to have blood drawn. The look on the face of the receptionist was pure disgust. She walked back to talk to someone and said nastily «There’s one more. One more just came in.» Even if there was enough time to draw the blood I would have taken my prescription and left. To be spoken to and about in such a manner is so unkind. I am a person. I am a sick person that needs a test that may help my primary Doctor diagnose me. Have some compassion. Anyways, they told me it was too late (of course) even though the office was still open. I don’t really understand that logic as I’ve had blood drawn many times in my life and it barely takes 5 minutes. But I’m sure she would have had some smart ass answer if I had questioned her.

This office made me wait so long for a urine test I got physically ill and threw up.

Came in at 11:45 am for a simple blood test, before their 12:00 pm closing. The person registering was hurried and said that they were closing in fifteen minutes. She was hurrying to get out. Tapping the. Counter, saying «come on.» while I was waiting (why the hurry, I still had to wait) I heard another customer raising her voice saying «you have to treat us with Respect.» Obviously their choice of front end staff is poorly chosen.

LabCorp is basically amazing. My insurance company use to force me to use Quest, whom I am not a fan, but they changed about a year ago to LabCorp and I couldn’t be happier there!
I have to have blood work done every two months for maintenance on a medication I take… since I am there so often I’ve learned how to work it to my advantage. A) They open at 7:00am, get there as early as you can, the longer you wait, the more packed the waiting room is. B) You have the ability to schedule an appointment online, do so if possible.
The front desk staff isn’t overly friendly, more of a get you checked in and move on to the next person sort of attitude, not by any means rude — just straight to the point.
The phlebotomists are wonderful. I have yet to have one not thrill me with their work. I have TERRIBLE veins and with the amount of blood work I have had in my life there is only one they are going to be able to tap, and it’s in my hand. In my experience, when I suggest they butterfly my hand and point to the only vein I know they are going to hit — other labs/​techs catch a serious attitude as if I am telling them how to do their job.
It’s refreshing to know that they value my opinion and desire not to be stabbed 10 times and listen to what I have to say. IMO, you just can’t beat that kind of service!

This place is great! I went in today for my 3 hour glucose test & was so nervous about it & not looking forward to it at all, they were so friendly & quick with everything! I arrived about 10 minutes early & they took me right back. I had to sit in the waiting room for the full 3 hours & wasn’t feeling good a few times either from the glucose drink or the fact that I just hate getting my blood drawn, & they were very caring & kept asking how I was feeling & if I wanted to lay down in the back. All of the staff was extremely friendly & nice & the office was very clean! I would definitely recommend this place, I used to go to Quest Diagnostics but I will definitely always comes here from now on & recommend this place! :)

Seriously, when it comes to blood work, I’ll be coming here from now on. Went in for a glucose tolerance test a few days ago and it took less than a minute to get my blood drawn and finished. They are very kind to wimps like me who are unreasonably afraid of needles. I don’t think you even need an appointment to get seen. Great place. After a few crappy experiences across the street at the hospital, it was nice to have a breath of fresh air. Only complaint I have is that there is a bit of blood that got trapped under the tape and stained my skin. STILL WORTH IT ENOUGH TO WRITE A REVIEW FOR A BLOOD WORK PLACE!
