Lemus Contracting

Alex and his associate did an awesome job painting the unfinished bare drywall in my garage. Did the finishing/​smoothing and applied primer and a top coat for a good price. Easy to work with and a great job, I recommend.

Wow, these guys are amazing! They have done work on our townhouse twice now. The first time involved drywall repair and some paint and the second time was drywall repair and painting our master bedroom. They really took their time and did the work to perfection, going way above and beyond. Felipe, Alex and their crew were a pleasure to have around, so polite and careful, they communicated well and they treated our home as if it were their own. I also really appreciated how they cleaned up so well. Felipe also gave us great advice on paint choices and colors and the results were outstanding. We have more projects to do and I will hire them again in a second!

I had Alex Lemus do a small dry wall patch repair. He did a fantastic, thorough job and was so, so pleasant to work with. He showed great attention to detail for my small job and responded promptly each time leading up to the day he came. I would highly reccomend them. –A homeowner in Ashburn.

Lemus Contracting did an awesome job painting our house! We had the dining area, extra tall stairwell, and bar room painted, all in different Benjamin Moore colors. They patched the walls (the previous matte paint chosen by the builders had covered a multitude of sins, lol) and spent a lot of time and effort prepping. They also repainted several areas because they weren’t perfect the first time, kept all supplies tidy, and cleaned/​vacuumed everything when the project was done.
Lemus also painted our doors with reactive aged copper paint, which required SEVEN coats and 12 hours of curing in between steps. So now we have sweet copper doors with patina, which looks amazing.
In short, good communication, very honest and polite interactions, and precise work. Plus, it is adorable that father and son work together. :) We plan to contact them for future work.
