LensCrafters

I have been going to Lencrafters for years but it was my first time at this location and they were hands down the best! Quickest time ever in this store and they were very patient with me while I looked for my glasses. Thank you to the whole team on 4−16−16

I came here to have my eyeglass prescription filled. I was in and out in less than an hour with 2 pairs of glasses!!! I had amazing customer service, they were kind and helpful and I actually saves a lot of money!

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because this location is a bit of a drive for me. I still want to give 5 stars though. These guys are out of sight! They are on point and have some serious customer service skills.
Located inside the Manassas Mall on Sudley Rd. I believe the quickest entrance is through Macy’s. take a left into the corridor with Trends and Hot Topic.
I walked in and filled out my chart as I was a «new patient». I knew I had insurance but couldn’t remember what it was for the life of me. William at the C/​S front desk did not stop until he found not only my insurence providor but the best way to use them to get more for my money! He stated this information rather, matter of factly, and as this was what he was going to do. I loved it. I waited, as a walk in and new patient, perhaps 20 min or so, maybe 30 and Dr. Pham took me in and started evaluating my eyesight. He was very patient. Not hurried at all! He listened to me. He was very clear when advising me of his findings and offered options when choosing products. Dr. Vu made a friendly appearance as well as we were wrapping up my visit.
Dr. Pham scheduled me in again next week, as a follow up with how my eyes are feeling with the new contacts and any concerns or adjustments to the prescription I may have. Nice! Only then, will we confirm an order.
Very happy with these guys.
(BTW), Great tip here: When going to the local options in my town, no one had a pinch of time for me or offered to look up my insurance information. I had to go to LensCrafters to get excellent service!

The last time we got glasses, we went to one of those places inside a Walmart. Never again. This place might be a little pricier, but you get what you pay for. If you want some cheap glasses that will break at the slightest drop, then have at it. I’m sticking with this place.
They assemble most of the glasses on-​site. They have some dudes walking around in the back wearing those long white coats that your doctor wears. They will have most orders ready in an hour. That’s pretty quick if you ask me.
I got some sunglasses. The frames are sturdy. They’re guaranteed for a year, but you can purchase an extra warranty period if you want which I don’t recommend unless you’re extremely clumsy. They also accept many insurance policies.

I have been getting my glasses at LensCrafters for decades, and am always happy with their frames (increasingly durable and lightweight) and lenses. They have this down to a science.
The Manassas store is particularly well-​run — to include the associated optometrist, who is very capable and friendly and good at explaining things. The salesperson who put my glasses order together was great also — personable, knowledgable, and efficient. And at the end of the day I know these babies will help me see better, and stay on my head with minimal adjustment ever necessary. Again, LensCrafters has this down to a science and this morning’s eye appointment and glasses purchase (which took less than 45 minutes combined) was a pleasurable experience.

I made an apt with Doctors of Optometry that is right next to LensCrafters on the same day. I walked in to my apt 4:30pm and walked out with glasses at 6:30pm. The doctors office was great and the staff very nice and professional. The office was clean. The doctor was very attentive to my eye correction needs. I felt he understood what I needed and cared. The staff at the LensCrafters where very nice and helpful. They helped me pick out glasses and had my glasses ready in an hour as promised.
