Follow Up: The president of LiceDoctors(Karen) read my review on Unilocal and contacted me. Karen was very concerned about my experience and was a generous listener. I inquired why she was calling me now instead of 2+ weeks ago after my first complaint to customer service. She told me she was unaware of situation until she read it in Unilocal.Wow, I appreciated her honesty and that she made no excuses. Karen wanted to resolve the problem. Karen offered to send out a nit picker immediately to check my family. I declined. She then offered ½ refund, but I declined. She gave me her cell # and told me if I changed my mind in next couple weeks to call her personally and she will send someone out to check family. Good to know. May take her up on her offer. I inquired about the 100% guarantee & Karen explained that LiceDoctors would like customer to wait a week or two after doing treatment. Ideally three weeks, but if the customer has serious concerns they will send a nit picker back to your home & check families hair @ no cost regardless if they find llice or nits. Lastly, the«ill mannered» customer service rep contacted me personally and apologized profusely for her behavior. She truly seemed sorry & I appreciated her apology. I’m sure it was not an easy call to make. We all have bad days. I am very relieved that Karen took action & cares about her customers. Thank you Karen for doing the right thing. Not many companies seem to do the right thing anymore.

Lice Doctors is fantastic! They send techs out to the house asap, trying as hard as they can to send someone the same day. Their process is thorough and 100% guaranteed. And so much easier than the drug store chemicals!
