Manassas Neurology Associates

I called this practice to schedule an appointment with Dr. Leah Kroeger. I was told that she no longer practice there. I asked if they knew where her new location was, and Suzanne informed me that she «thinks» Dr. Kroeger is in practice, but she doesn’t know where. I located Dr. Kroeger @ 9625 Surveyor Court, Suite 110, Manassas, Virginia, where she is currently in practice. The staff @ Manassas Neurology Associates, are rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional.

Dr. Amy just doesn’t have the personality I had with other Neurologists. I am out searching for some personality again.

My Cardiologist referred me to Dr. Amy at Manassas Neurology Associates for an issue I was experiencing in my hands and feet.
Dr. Amy was very thorough and helped rule out a whole bunch of stuff. He was patient and listened to all of my story that I felt was relevant and he asked me a lot of questions. I did not experience anything approaching unprofessional behavior from the receptionist and administrative staff. They were all very polite.

I was referred to this office by the doctor who is treating me for a spinal injury. When I went to the office to try and schedule an appointment, the first question I received was «who is your insurance carrier?» I advised them that this was a worker’s compensation case, and before I could complete my sentence, the receptionist, in a MOST unprofession fashion, said «We don’t DO worker’s compensation cases, and your doctor should have KNOWN that!» Needless to say, I won’t (read can’t) use them for my follow up care. Perhaps the receptionist was having a bad day, I don’t know. I simply wanted to share my experience and let other users come to their own judgement about the choice to use them, or not. Needless to say, I will not be using them again, ever — even if it’s my insurance and not worker’s comp.

I have been seeing Dr. Koeger for over 2 years with an ok experience. I have chonic migraines (about 10 – 15 a month) and Dr. Koeger has had little suggestions for dealing with them. She office staff has not been friendly but fine, I’m not expecting a smile but today was the worst I have EVER been treated by a doctors office. I called today, after having migraines for 5 days, like I was instructed to by Dr. Kroeger, but she ended up leaving her office today without getting back to me with a resolution or something to do to relieve my pain. The receptionist was beyond rude when I called at the end of the day because I still hadn’t heard back from the doctor since my inital call this morning. The receptionist told me that the doctor didn’t know what to do for me and she was now gone for the day. I asked what I was suppose to do and the receptionist said that she doesn’t call in sick (Not sure what that has to do with it.)and works through it when she is sick and she just deals with it. I asked her if she had ever had a migraine for 5 days and I didn’t think that she understood what I was going through. She basically hung up on me. She did not offer for me to talk to one of the other 2 doctors that WERE still in the office. She said they their office gets a lot of call during the day and the doctor would just have to get back to me in the morning. At that point she yelled at me and basically hung up on me. I am speachless and simply can not believe that I was just treated so rude by a doctor office. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE IF YOU CAN, they do not care about their patients at all.
