Went to buy a mattress and had no idea there were so many options until they educated me and helped me find the right one for me, the representative took his time making sure to explain the options and making sure I picked the right one… not only that but when I told him that I had another store to go to to compare prices he when above and beyond, giving me a discount to meet my budget and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. That tells me that they really care about my business and I will surely be looking forward to continuing my business with them and recommending them to my family. Thanks for the excellent customer service!

John Sherry listened to my needs and concerns then came up with a solution! Sent a text to hubby whom said buy it. Left store purchasing with 0%interest two extra long twin reclining beds with wheels. Reclining to help with snoring. Two twin extra long giving us the same area as king size but with separate ability for reclining. Wheels for easy movement for access to bath plumbing and making bed. Platform height great for storage use. Thank you Mattress Discounters of Manassas! Went to Sears and Mattress Warehouse prior lol.

First went to Mattress Warehouse across the street. Awful experience (review —
) at MW so came into Mattress Discounters. Wasn’t planning on purchasing a bed yesterday because we just started our search and wanted to make sure we found the best bed for the best price. Sales person (Kishori) was extremely knowledgeable and customer service oriented. His no pressure approach, discounts, comfort and price guarantees, free delivery, and free disposal of existing mattress made it a completely enjoyable experience — so much so that we ended up purchasing a bed that day. Looking forward to some better sleep!
